The challenge

The post-demo-booking experience consisted of a single generic confirmation email, leaving a critical conversion window completely unmanaged. There was no structured nurture between booking and the sales call, and no recovery path for no-shows, meaning every prospect who missed their slot just disappeared from the funnel.

Strategy & execution

  • Rather than writing five emails by hand and iterating slowly, I used Claude to draft and iterate on a multi-touch sequence in a fraction of the time, then spent that saved time on the part AI can't do: making sure every email actually sounded like us.

  • Architected the full workflow in HubSpot, integrated with Salesforce and Gong, so the program runs autonomously without manual intervention once it's live.
