The challenge
The company's entire content engine ran on one format: long-form video. It worked, but it was slow, and slow doesn't scale. Top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel pipeline needed more volume and more velocity than a single, heavy content format could realistically produce.
Strategy & execution
Instead of trying to make the existing engine faster, I built a second one designed for speed from the start.
Designed and ran a weekly to bi-weekly webinar series specifically to increase content velocity, giving the team a format that could move faster than long-form video without sacrificing depth.
Repurposed each webinar into organic social content while simultaneously feeding a paid ad engine, which performed at a significantly lower CPC than the prior creative, getting more out of every recording instead of starting from scratch each time.
Built the operational backbone in Notion, Asana, and Riverside to coordinate experts, production, and distribution, so the program could run on a schedule instead of depending on any one person's bandwidth.
Results
The program became a consistent, scalable content engine, an input-output system that turns subject matter experts into a steady stream of pipeline-generating content, on a cadence the old format never could have sustained.
